In the unfortunate event of an incident, clients can promptly contact Enchanted Needle, triggering the issuance of a claim form. The company’s primary focus is to replace the exact jewelry piece initially purchased. However, if the identical item is unavailable, Enchanted Needle is committed to collaborating with the client to identify a suitable replacement within the same price range. This offering aims to provide a seamless and reassuring experience for customers in protecting their cherished jewelry. 

As a policy, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. Once a piece of jewelry is inserted into the body, we are unable to provide assistance unless the issue is covered by our insurance. We highly recommend considering our insurance options for added protection against unforeseen circumstances such as breakage, loss, or theft. Our commitment is to ensure the satisfaction and safety of our customers throughout their body jewelry experience.

If you opt not to purchase jewelry insurance, please be aware that you will have 48 hours after delivery to notify The Enchanted Needle of any issues with your jewelry piece. If you choose to pick up your jewelry purchase in-store, it’s essential to notify them before departing. Once the jewelry piece has left the studio without insurance coverage, we are unable to assist with any damages.
