Stretching Sizes

Stretching a piercing means gradually making the hole bigger to fit larger jewelry. This is done by inserting slightly larger jewelry or tapers into the piercing over time, allowing the tissue to adjust. It’s important to do this slowly and carefully to avoid problems and let each stretch heal before moving on to the next one. We generally suggest waiting until your piercing if fully healed before stretching, and wait 6 weeks in between sizes.
