Ever since Brescia was a kid, tattoos and body art fascinated her. When she was 12, her parents gave her books about tattoo artists, sparking a passion that would shape her life. Fast forward to 2018, at 22, Brescia found out she was going to be a mom. It made her rethink her life and what she wanted for her child. She had been working in restaurants for over 8 years, but with her baby on the way, she decided to go back to school for fine arts. After her son was born, she was able to get her foot in the door by starting a piercing apprenticeship. Brescia’s journey had its twists and turns. Just as she was about to transition to tattooing, COVID-19 hit, putting everything on pause. During this time, Brescia realized she wanted to own her own business. When things opened up again, she started working in a new studio, but conflicts and stress pushed her to leave and begin working on her own dream and creating her own safe space to do what she loved. With savings and determination, she opened a small studio focused on piercing. As her dream studio took shape, she found like-minded people to join her. Together, we’re planning for a future where employees feel empowered, and clients feel a deep connection. We are excited about the possibilities, ready to revolutionize the industry with care and compassion. This is just the beginning of our transformative journey.
